My Journey to Empowering Women

Hi, I'm Penny Simpson. My journey into the world of martial arts began when my husband first introduced me to it. I was hesitant at first, unsure of what to expect. However, once I started training, I quickly realized the incredible benefits of self-defense and dove in headfirst. Through this journey, I discovered that true empowerment comes from within, and it's a process that transforms you from the inside out.


Watching other women grow through self-defense training has been incredibly inspiring for me. I understand how intimidating it can be to start, which is why I created this program. I wanted to offer a space where women could feel safe, supported, and powerful. Whether through our supportive Facebook group, weekly mastermind sessions, or fun self-defense camps, my goal is to build a community of modern-day warrior women.


Self-defense is crucial, and every woman deserves to feel equipped with the skills needed to stay safe.
